Today we went to the Brazil side of one of the 7 natural wonders of the world which is the amazing Iguacu falls. This photo is the first part which is the calmer part of Iguacu falls and this part is where the boats that go under the falls go which is what we did. We drove up the fastest flowing river in the world whilst going over some big waves and rapids. Once we got to the waterfalls we went under one and got absolutely soaked, we did this 4 times and it was amazing. Mum and Scarlett thought the water was freezing and could not stop shivering on the boat but me and dad where having such a good and had such a adrenalin rush we didn't even notice the water temperature. This is not all we did at Iguacu that day though...

Whilst walking along the paths through the jungle we found different animals like monkeys and Tucans that we don't get in Australia. This photo is a Tucan that we saw perched on a branch above us.

This is the more powerful part of Iguacu which is called the Devils Throat. It is 100 metres high and this is in the season where there is not much water. In the wet season there is twice as much water that flows down the river which would be so scary but amazing to see.

This is one of the waterfalls in the Devils Throat. The sound was amazing it sound like a building crashing down and smashing the floor beneath it.

This is a platform that looks right over the falls into the fastest flowing river in the world which is called the Iguacu river. At the platform you get really soaked as well from the spray of the waterfall. Overall it was a great day that will continue on over to tommorow exempt from a different country.

P.S hope you are having a great time at school :):)

Today started off with a trip to the Rosarian coast. It was weird because this coastline had sand but in BA it didn't. This coastline is the parana river which is quite brown like the amazon river.

Then we went to the game. There where about 50,000 people there and about 30 of them including us where wallabies supporters. When Argentina sang the national anthem the crowd roared. Everyone sang the anthem at the top of there lungs and it was amazing.

It was a great night especially for us wallabies supporters as we won the match 52-17. It was a great night and I was lucky enough to get a pumas jersey.

Today we went to the bus terminal and it was massive.(A bus terminal is like a massive train station and takes you to different states, city's and Counries)We went to buy Our tickets for our next trip, witch is tomorrow AKA Friday. We went to buy our tickets but we didn't have our passports. So we have to go tomorrow.

The second part of the day was when we walked along the waterfront. In the water was a floating Mini Minor and a tree.

Next we went to a big park like Centenial Park in Sydney where we rode bikes for 1 1/2 hours. The man gave me the smallest bike that was the hardest to ride!!

Half way through the ride I went down a rocky road and went super fast but then I hit a big rock and jarred my neck! After that Dad bent his wheel, because he was showing off to us kids by skidding on the path.

The last bit if the day was when we went on the flying fox. I really liked it because you don't sit on it you stand. I also like it because it was super fast not like the old greasy ones on Aussie !

Here's a photo of me on the flying fox.

And here's a photo of my papa...you're never too old to enjoy a flying fox.

Today was another late start but we still did many things. This is a picture by the Buenos Aires port. This is where all the big crater ships come into.

This is us riding in Laguna de las Gaviotas which is B.A's Central Park. It was cool but the track was very bumpy. It also had many mud pits which where awesome to ride in.

This is the coastline of B.A and as you can probably see the ocean is very brown not blue like Australia. There is no sand it is just rocks and debris that makes the coastline of B. A.

This morning we started our day with where we left of last night. We had amazing milkshakes at the Trixie bar which is a 50's retro restaurant where we had diner last night. They where a good way to start the day before lots of walking.

This s the Buenos Airs Recoleta cemetery which is an amazing cemetery with family tombs that have whole family burried in the same place. Requiescant in Pace means Rest in peace but in Spanish. This is out the front of the main entrance.

The tombs where mostly like this and most of the pathways looked like this. There where soooo many tombs but there where some really cool ones too.

Most of the tombs looked like this. The coffins of all the family are underneath and have stairs down to the coffins.

This s one of the grandest tombs we saw. It was massive and looks like either a really rich family's tomb or a famous persons tomb.

Today we explored around our beautiful suburb of Palermo. It was good fun seeing all the little shops and getting lost along the way. We visited the little cafe's around Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho.

This is what most of the streets looked like that we walked down but most of them have little shops or restaurants poking out. The pathways are not very smooth and have lots of tiles and broken tiles missing. And in B.A the people don't pick up the dog poop so it is all over that pathways and dad was unlucky enough to step in some. Haha

To cross from Palermo Hollywood to Palermo Soho you have to cross the train tracks. It was really cool but the train tracks need some real refurbishment because the trains are really loud and bumpy.

This is some accepted artwork in B.A and yes it is graffiti but our family think it is accepted in B.A because it is everywhere and no one looks like they want to clean it up.

Today we also went to a polo match at the massive Palermo stadium. It was twice the size of a footy stadium and the stands are almost vertical. Polo is a match which is played on horses and you hit a ball about the size of a hockey ball. They hit the ball with something that looks like a croquet stick. Then you have to hit the ball into and goal that is like a soccer post but without the crossbar. There are also 4 players/ horses on each team so 8 on a field each chaka which is like a quarter time and these happen 7 times in a match and the chukas are 7 minutes each one.

These are the horses that came right near where we where sitting. It was an amazing day that I think was the best day in B.A so far.
