Today we went to Tigre. Tigre is a town on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, it is a great place which is made up of many different is lands that are connected by boats that run the the dirty canals. We went to one of the islands called Tres Boca.

This is One of the boats that go through the canals and they are very loud. This is how the people on the islands like Tres Boca get to the mainland called Tigre.

This is the BBQ that the restaurant we went to is Tres Boca cooked Mum and Dads meat on. Apparently it was amazing and exactly how meat is supposed to be cooked. After lunch we walked along dog infested pathways that did not stop barking at us so we decided to turn back.

After a long day it was here is Scarlett on one of the 8 trains we caught throughout the day getting ready for a long trip back.

Today we went to the Bunoes Aires city. We saw many amazing things about the city's historic and ancient places that where amazing to look at. This photo is the Congresso Nacional which is a very historic building in the Plaza de Mayo.

This is an amazing theatre that has played host to many great musicians and by an amazing coincidence we got to see some. We saw different musicians play from different parts of South America. These places include Mexico, Rio and Argentina. This theatre is actually called Teatre Colon and the kings and queens used to watch plays and musicians play in this theatre many years ago. This theatre is about 110 years old.

This is the pink palace where the Argentinian president works and makes important decisions for Argentina. The president is a girl.

This is inside the pink palace and did you know that those palm trees where brought here from Rio.

Here are the markets that we went to which played host to about 10,000 people. It was an amazing sight and this happens every Sunday in Bunoes Aires.

Paintings and meeting places.

Here's a quick quiz:

Who's dress is this: Who's dress is this? Hint: 'Don't cry for me Argentina' ....

Here we are with a lovely family in B A who invited us to lunch with them, it was amazing. They did speak English and Spanish which was great because we Lernt a lot. They gave us some things to do whilst we are in B.A. It was a great experience for all of us and we now know a little more about South America.

Here is a proper Argentinian BBQ. This is what Santi used to cook the meat on for the beautiful lunch we had. The lunch was beef, pork, potatoe salad, salad and cooked capsicum. So that was a first proper South American food that we have had. Now we are waiting to watch the Pumas vs All Blacks rugby match. GOOOO PUMAS!!!!!!!!!
